Master classes from August 1 to 5, 2023
Róża Kostrzewska Yoder - made her debut playing with an orchestra at the age of eleven, has recorded for Polish Radio and Polish Television, and is a winner of many piano competitions. She has collaborated in chamber music performances with Luz Leskowitz, Jorg Demus, Paul Badura-Skoda and Salzburg Solisti, and has given solo recitals in Germany, Austria, Finland, Italy, Switzerland, Poland and the United States.
She graduated with highest honors from the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, and studied under Bronislawa Kawalla, Jan Ekier, former chairman of the jury at the International Chopin Competition, Daniel Pollack, Antoinette and John Perry, Vitaly Margulis and Irina Dabrovskaya. Active as a performer and teacher in Los Angeles, Rose frequently gives master classes and lectures to students and teachers, and has conducted many studio programs in Poland, France and the United States.
